This is not a fault , just need to know why it is happening.
I have an IP Office with 10.1 using SIP trunks from Gamma.
A user has a speed dial named for ex Joe Blogs he uses the speed dial to call the display on his phone shows Joe Blogs until the call is connected then the display name changes, and if someone else in the far end picks the call up it shows their name info.
I am presuming this is because the Sip header information that is being returned but don't know enough to answer the customers question ?
