SIP dial plan help - display xxxxxx-xxxxxx

Hi -

Trying to figure out the 46xx setting to allow the correct display on the SIP sets we have. Currently when dialing local/LD - the format is incorrect (see below)

LD - 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx is displayed as xxxxxx-xxxxxx
Local - xxx-xxx-xxxx is displayed as xxxx-xxx-xxxx

I believe that formatting is delivered in PPM. If you did a traceSM with PPM enabled of a phone logging in, and you looked in GetAllEndpointConfigurationResponse and go deep down, you'd see it.

If you "display dialplan parameters" in CM you'll see the formatting of where it should put the - for varying string lengths. I believe you might need an 'initialize' sync with SMGR and not a 'incremental' after making any changes to dialplan parameters, but that's ultimately where I think the config is coming from.
