SIP devices on 200ICP via Mediatrix, Adtran, etc.?

I'd like to add Ascom or SpectraLink Wireless SIP stations to 200ICP installations. Is there a reason that we could not use some device to convert an analog station or trunk to SIP? Seems like Mediatrix or Adtran and others have devices that go from SIP to analog, -any way to go the other direction (analog to SIP) and keep at least extension or name intact for the wireless handset to see?
