Hi all,

I am having an issue with a newly installed SIP dect system OMM 3.1 on MCD 7.0 installed in the cloud. We can make outbound calls fine but on incoming either externally or internally the SIP Dect 622d handsets ring once then stop, and the calling party continue to get the usual ringing tone.

No Call rerouting programmed
No CFW programmed
No Profil programmed on the handset side
AHave follow the Mitel interop (programmation)

Can anyone help at all?
