Hi all,

How many CS4 SIP cell stations can i have on on the NS700? Built on the NS are X1 MCSLC16 CARD,LCOT6 card,DLC16 card and proposing x2 IPCS4 cards to accomodate 8x 4ch cells. Thinking i will need a system expansion licence also?

Any input appreciated.

Thanks

I think you can have 32 NS0154's.

Not sure SIP CS can work on the NS700 unless you can use a SIP extension.

you can have 32 ip dect cell stations ( don't need expansion licence as far as I remember)those ipcs4 cards are virtual and don't need licences for them

Ok cheers guys. I'm looking at running 20 dect handsets /10 dig and 10 alog. No expansion licence required then ?

OBT quick question mate,

i have NS1000 with sip trunks, question is when there are 2 DSP cards am i still ok to forward my Gamma RTP packets to the first DSP card OR will i have to split the RTP packets between both cards? Normally 6000-40000 gets forwarded to the DSP..

Cheers

You won't need expandsion license. Only for over 32 ip phones or sip extensions

As for the dsps sip trunks. If you are using NatPanasonic use ports 16000 to 16511 to dsp 1 and ports and ports 16512 to 17024 to dsp 2.

I dont know where 6000 to 40000 comes for but the panasonic will not request ports outside the above ranges

thanks! The 6000-40000 is the media inbound RTP stream from Gamma we open.
