SIP DECT KWS8000 and MX-ONE 4.1

Hi there.

We have learned using the SIP phones from Aastra/Mitel tpe 67xx and 68xx to disable call waiting, when using MX-ONE 4.1, in order to have busy, when the phone is busy. If call waiting was not disabled, then the NeXT call would go to line 2 and so on.
Now with this knowledge, our customer also has bought a KIRK DECT SIP system of the type KWS8000. Maybe you csn tell us where to diable call waiting, as the handsets gets the secon call, also. On the same time profiles (call lists) do not work proberly, when the DECT handst is busy.

Hi,
I have no experence with polycom KWS8000, but if you take a look to "google" you will find different manuels about this.

In this manuel you will find a chapter called "sip configuration"
There you will find "call status" where "call waiting" can be set.
Maybe this will solve your "problem"

Thank you. We removed the call back function, and all call_lists and profiles worked as they should.
