Hi all.

I have a small problem with DDI on the avaya ip office 500.
My ISP gave me few DDI number but I can`t get this thing working.
the problem is when somebody ring DDI number for example 011230499 this should ring the extension number on the system but instead it is ringing hunt group from the incomming call route.

I have set up SIP URI to use the user data, and in user in SIP tab I add on the 011230499 but for some reason this is not working at all.

From the trace side invite packet is send to user@provider.com, and from the ISP side this user have a 50 DDI numbers.

Any ideas how to make this thing working?
 
Do an Add in the URI tab fill in 3 times the DDI number.

so you'll have then 51 URI's 1 with user data and 50 with DDI numbers.
