SIP connection getting busy from MS OCS

Hello

when i call 7777 which is a MS OCS client i get busy but the ocs client can call me fine

any ideas

Can you provide a bit more information. Controller type, version and how you have things setup? Otherwise I am going to say its the work of the devil.

3300 CX version 4.2 connected to MS ocs

20 sip trunks

from Mitel Ip phone cannot call the OCS client but the OCS client can call the Mitel Phone

what else would you like to know
