How do i set the IP500 to sent a busy here 486 code?

We have set the sip uri to a max of 2 calls, i need to sent the 486 to the provider for a busy tone.
On the moment they get information tone this is like the number you're dialing is not working.

mmmm, Bas1234 would be great if Avaya introduced code mappings in future releases.

At the moment I dont think its possible. Unless you bodge something up in VMPro

ACA - IPOffice implement
ACA - IP Telephony
CCNA - Passed at last

If the extension is busy (i.e. no voicemail and all CA are in use) it will send back a 486 Busy Here. If you have exceeded your SIP licenses it will send back a 503 Service Unavailable. We can't send a 486 Busy Here if there is no license because we can't accept the call to process the 100 Trying and you can't send a 486 without a 100.
