SIP calls failing

I have a BCM50 with SIP trunking and when I reach 30 minutes on a phone call, the calls turn into one way speech paths.

I would make sure the system is fully patched but the fact that the calls are functional for 30 min seems to indicate a network problem. Try setting up a couple of continous ping sessions to the gateway and to the bcm and see if you see a change in response times after the one-way problem begins. That will give you a starting point for troubleshooting.
