Hi, I recently installed a mitel MBG as a SIP proxy. The SIP trunk is up and in service but calls do not connect. The external SIP address is using a one to one NAT to the internal IP of the MBG. When I run a wireshark trace and view the call flow, the INVITE SDP from the MBG to the MCD doesn't show any codec information, but it does from the external SBC to the MBG. I'm not sure if this is why the call fails could be a red herring but any ideas anyone? I have attached a screenshot [bigglasses]

software versions and pabx type might help

you might need to set the RTP override address to be the external IP address on the SIP Peer
do you have the required ports open ?

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

When you said "calls do not connect", are you seeing incoming calls in your trace at all?
Can you attach a wireshark trace from the MBG?
