The Scenario

BCM A has 4 pots lines that terminate at ext 221 (Hunt Group) If line 1 is busy it goes to 2 or 3 or 4, this is provided by telco.

If a 5th call comes in the customer has an arrangement with telco to have it roll over to another phone number that is a DID that terminates on an other BCM 50's target line wich is BCM B, the particular target line is then redirected back put over the sip trunks and terminates on BCM a's ext 221.

If i call the DID dirctly the ext 221 at BCM A can get the call, when the call goe to bcm A via the hunt group it rings at 221 but when it is phisicaly answered by the user it drops right away.
