HI,
We have an issue happening at one of our SIP sites in regards to incoming caller ID
This is a new carrier for us and appears to be sending more info then the regular SIP carrier we use, clients preference to use this carrier
Their carrier is sending
From: "Caller ID Name"<sip:7788888888;phone-context=national@10.xxx.xx.xxx;user=phone>
When the call rings in caller ID shows correctly, once answered the phones add on as much of phone-context as the display will allow
This is the same for IP and Digital phones, system is 9.0
The carrier we regular use is sending
From: "Caller ID Name" <sip:7788888888@159.xx.xxx.xxx:5060;transport=udp>
is there a setting we should have the carrier adjust? or something we are missing in the IPO
thanks in advance
