Sip call using 2 licenses

We have a SIP trunk connected to a MBG and a 3300. We can make calls in and out and it works fine, but incoming calls use 2 sip trunk licenses. From what we can tell the sip provider sends an option saying it can do fax, and while its a voice call, the system counts both voice and fax as being in use. Anyone run into this?

The sip provider says they can not shut off the fax option as its a system wide option.

perhaps try change sip trunk settings - remove multiple m lines.
that was required when using sip conferencing units like UC360 where they would try and open a second sip session for the video
