SIP ATA Teleworker shows offline

Ok so I'm using a SPA112 ATA and it's configured per the docs, it works fine but occasionally it shows offline on the MBG, but it still is working.

Reading through the Docs it talk about the GAP register and the Keep alives, I'm just not sure what to adjust to what.

Any ideas?

Think there is also a setting in the SIP peer to make the connection permanent. That might help. Sorry never have used an ATA as a teleworker.
