We are looking for adapter (or switch) that will go between our Nortel MICS and a SIP trunk provider. Anyone have any suggestions ?

Thanks in advance.

Look for a Session Border Controller that has a PRI interface. Similar to the new fangled Integrated Access Devices, aka CISCO.

Just convert SIP trunks to ata and bring them in as trunks,

Google SIP trunking to ATA there is many devices to choose from.
