Hi guys,

I am having an issue whereby when I change the 46xx settings file and enter the relevant information for the exchange server, the 9640 SIP handset does not download the IP Address of the exchange server.

I have gone into the phone and chosen mute 27238 and selected view. It shows 0.0.0.0 for the Exchange Server. I have attached the 46xx portion of the file associated with Exchange settings in case anyone can see something glaringly obvious I have left out.

The phone states "Exchange Server Address is incorrect. Please talk to your administrator".
