Appreciate your help and support !!

We are getting a fast busy signal on one of our number which is hitting an application in Contact Centre. We then logged a complaint with provider to check the issue at their side and their investigation says, thet are getting SIP 404 on their side and issue is at our side.

So if someone please tell me where to check the configuration as I have made a couple of changes in Adaptation table, reset the d-channel, but no luck.

I might be wrong but this old report might help?.

CS1000M rls 4.5 with NRS on the Leader SS and SIP VTrks
SIP calls to and from co-located CS1000e rls 5 are OK
NRS has a static SIP endpoint to a Mitel server acting as the gateway to the 'Denmark Network' vpn
Incoming calls from the vpn terminate successfully using 1799+DN
Outgoing calls into the VPN dialling TSC 0 + 17nn + DN fail with 'no route to destination'
Tried CDP and UDP dialling, with the same result.

SIP Trace shows response 404 returned from the Mitel box

The Mitel server was configured with the IP address of the CS1000 but no endpoint or domain name.

Solution:
Mitel SIP Peer config changed.
The Network Element Assignment was configured with the IP address of the CS1000. In order to handle the alternative name for the site in the SIP messaging, an entry was made in the SIP Peer Profile Assignment for the site with the alternative name (VantageP in this case)
