We are getting a fast busy signal on one of our number which is hitting an application in Contact Centre. We then logged a complaint with provider to check the issue at their side and their investigation says, thet are getting SIP 404 on their side and issue is at our side.
So if someone please tell me where to check the configuration as I have made a couple of changes in Adaptation table, reset the d-channel, but no luck.
