Is there an easy way to allow a user that has successfully logged on to server1 to access server2 without signing on again?

Hi,

You would need to provide more details of what you are actually doing.

How do you authenticate the user in the first place?

Hope this helps Wullie

Koldark,
Can you post more info on how to do this.

I am using basic realm authentication on both servers.
After logging into server1 and clicking a link that takes me to server2, I don't want to be prompted to log in again.

Thanks

I don't know the whole concept. All I know is that it has to do with a cookie that is good for one entire domain (like mydomain.com) and when the user closes the browser, the cookie is deleted. Mike Wills
