Single ring on all incoming calls

I am desperately trying to stop a half ring on all incoming calls. We have a Norstar 0X32 with Flash VM system. Any help is greatly appreciated.

In phone system programing ,Go to Terminals&Sets->DN->Line access->line assignment->(remove all Ringing).Do this for each DN that rings. Good Luck!!
