Hi All,
I'm trying to change the ring cadence for CO incoming calls at PGM 161 flex 7 and it does not work.
I tried to change it to yes or no and they are the same, the cadence stay like it's on yes mode.

PBX details:
Model: iPLDK 100
S\w Version: C.9Bc FEB/10

Thanks in advance,
Sharon.

I forgot to mark few things...

1. The CO are analog and work on clcob4.
2. It dose not work on old versios too.
3. It also not work on lcob8.
4. Thank you very muce for your help!

Sharon.

What are you going to achieve?
If someone is calling in on an analogue CO line, what should happen?
Please explain more...

Thanks for your quick answer.

Single Ring for CO Call

Description
The cadence of ICM ring is set to 1sec on/ 4sec off.
The cadence of CO ring is set to 0.4s on/ 0.2s off/ 0.4s on/ 4sec off.
If this value is set to YES, the ICM ring cadence and the CO ring cadence is reversed each other.

Value : YES=1 / NO=0

I copy the aforementioned fromt the LDK100 official manual.
Just want that it will work.. :)

P.S
I want to achieve "ring ring" cadence when outside call incomeing like the "ring ring" in the GDK16 if you remember.
a different cadence between CO ring and ICM ring.

I hope that I clear my self.

Sharon.

Sorry, that I did not get that in the first time!

Yes, i know this ring pattern from other PBX, where users can distinguish a local call (e.g. ring--ring -> two short rings) and CO call (riiiiing -> long uninterrupted ring).

I can see that you have go a vey new s/w (3.9).
Most af the new CLCOB board have onbaoard software.
Do you know what level?
It works with CLCOB4, but not with the CLCOB8?
There could be different s/w installed.

Maybe you can check?

Also seethis homepage with a lot of good info:

Thanks Doktor !

1.I don't know the CO board S\W.
2. It's dose not work with any CO card (not CLCOB4 and not LCOB8, I have them both in the system).
3. Just to clear that it's does not work with any old system version (3.0, 3.5, 3.7 etc...).
4. Thanks for the link I already read every word there :)

It's look like a bug that no one feel before.
I will be more than happy to hear that it work somewhere...and also if you or someone have any idea.

Sharon.

Hi All,
I think that I found the problem…
I checked with the diagnostic tool and I found that:

LDK-100 System
Version GS90P-C.9Bc FEB/10
DATE: 04/11/10
TIME: 10:51:16
SITE NAME :
ENTER PASSWORD: brandy
******

CO Incoming Ring Cadence...
ON1(1000ms) OFF1(3000ms) ON2( 0ms) OFF2( 0ms)
Intercom Ring Cadence...
ON1(1000ms) OFF1(3000ms) ON2( 0ms) OFF2( 0ms)

As you can see the CO and the ICM set to the same cadence.
Dose someone know if and how I can change it?
Thanks for your help,
Sharon.
