I have an Access database that registers individuals to a conference. I need to print a name tag as each attendee registers for the conference. I have been able to limit the records by using a [Lastname] criteria in the query, but when there are multiple last names, the report prints name tags for each attendee with that same name. How do I limit the Name Tag report to one record?

there are several ways to do this you could filter based on a unique field ... you could also filter on last and fist although you may run into this issue again. the best way would be to filter on the unique field ... the primary key for your entries.

Post your SQL if your not sure how to do this
