Single quote problem..

how can i wrtie the folowing line

<META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH CONTENT=&quot;0;URL=../db/mypdf's.pdf&quot;>

Is the single quote after mypdf allowed?

this line works fine unless the file name i pass in has a quote in it like i have shown.

Anyideas?

The problem lies in the url itself. once i started looking at the %20 code that is used for space in the url i was on the right track.
