Single Printer Driver and Multiple Printers

I have more than 1 HP LaserJet 4 printers and all are configured for an IP. Since all are same printers, all will use the same printer driver.

In Windows NT 4.0 Server, I have installed one of the printer. Now I want to use the same driver and print to other printers too. I do not want to add any new printer in this NT server.

I want to do this programatically (ASP/VB). The program should use the Driver installed on NT Server and point to any of the IP Printers available on my network.

Please let me know if this is possible?
