Single phone cannot dial out???

It is on a Legend system. I have one extension that works for internal calls but not dialing out. What do I need to do to fix this. It was not this way prior to mid summer when there was a bunch of adds, moves, and changes to this area. Thanks!

Using WinSpm, you need to print the EXTENSION INFO for the extension and see where in the trouble lies.

What if I don't have WinSpm? I don't have the cable adapter.

under extension's look at your restriction & and your FRL , look at a good station & the one you are having trouble with

Under extensions, check Restriction (make sure it is unrestricted), ARS restriction (make sure it is 3). If those are all good, look at disallowed lists and see if that extension is assigned to any disallowed list.

If you had WinSPM, you could print the extension report and it would be very obvious why it was being restricted.

If you have a MODEM in your LAPTOP (With WINSPM) You could connect it to a single line port and Dial IN to the System like that. NO ADAPTER NEEDED!
