Single mailbox for group of phones ringing

Hi All,

First let me say reading the old posts many of you respond to makes me realize how much I don't know. Thnaks for all your input.

OK, I am installing a new ACS7 and Part Messaging 7. They want all calls answered by auto attendent. (Not a Problem) If the the caller presses 5 they want it to ring 5 tech Guys phones and if they don't answer go into a single Voicemail box.

Question 1 - I am assuming that I create a calling group and point the auto attendent #5 to that group. How do I get a voicemail box assigned to the group?

Question 2 - When a call is transfered from the AA, the display phones show AA transfer, Not the Caller ID Info. Is ther a way to change that?

Press the blinking line button for CLID. The proper info should be displayed once on the call.
