Single logon W2k/Notes

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. I am running a W2k domain (very large) I would like to make it so my notes clients did not have to enter a separate PW when they start the application. I have heard that you have to reinstall the notes clients and run the custom setup. Is there a way around this? Can I start a service or something? I have close to 20,000 users and could not possibly re install all clients.
