customer name showing multiple times
I have a report that I see customers showing multiple times
All I need is a total by customer

1: Multiple Customers - Group on Customer

2: In Group Header properties ( the grey area left of the display section, right-click and choose 'New Page Before'

I am not able to group the customer to show on one line I am comparing two years and customers shows twice for each year

Can you explain why you cannot group on Customer and sum the years amounts?

Yo haven't really explained how you want the layout. But if you just want a total by customer, do as Turkbear posted

- Group on Customer
- Sum the year amounts (which goes into Group Footer)
- Place Group Name (Customer) in Group Footer
- Supress Group Header and Detail sections


This would give you a list of customers with their totals on the same page.
