Single line phone not ringing on transfer

A single line phone (8102M) doesn't ring when a call is transfered to it. The lines that go to the phone are set to no ring. It used to work, but doesn't now. I changed the phone and it still doesn't ring. Is there anything else I should check?

What happens when you call the extension directly?

Does it ring?

What type of Module is it connected to?

Set the system access keys on that extension to ring.

It's on a 016 board. When a call is transfered to the extension you can pick up and receive the call, but it just won't ring.

OK, Sounds like you have lost the RING GENERATOR on that board, OR ???

Do any extensions in that board ring???

(I would guess, NO!)
