Single Item restore - BE 12.5 Exchange 2003

Just playing with 12.5 at the moment and trying to do a restore of a single message and the restore job fails with;

The job failed with the following error: 0xe000848c Unable to attach to a resource. Make sure that all selected resources exist and are online, and then try again. If the server or resource no longer exists, remove it from the selection list. Edit the selection list properties, click the View Selection Details tab, and then remove the resource.

Can someone offer some ideas on what's going wrong here please? I've seen some bits on symantecs site about this error when redirecting but that's not what I am doing.

The backup was done to disk which is an NTFS volume on the media server. All resources are online , ie the media server and the exchange server.

Ok, I fixed the above by creating a mailbox for the account being used for the backup and restore jobs. Now I get this;

The job failed with the following error: Cannot restore one or more mailboxes. The database that the mailboxes reside in is dismounted or is not accessible. Ensure that the server is available and that the database is mounted, and then run the job again.

Any ideas on this please?

I'm not redirecting the item to another mailbox or server and the store and server are online.

arghhhhhhh never mind. Guess it helps if I make the account I'm using an Exchange Full admin!!!!
