What I would like is to program a button on the phone that when pressed, with no other prompting, will log the agent out of all skillsets.

On occasion, agents forget to log themselves out of their phones. Sometimes because they have to leave early because they are sick, sometimes just because they forget. When this happens, their supervisors end up having to submit a ticket to the IT department and someone (usually me) has to log into the CallPilot Manager and force them out.

What I would love is for the manager to be able to just press a button on the agents phone without having to submit a ticket. The only solution I can think of for this at the moment is standardized passwords and I would really rather not do that.

Thanks in advance

Something is not right here......

You state that agents are in skillsets (ok here) but your IT logs into CP Manager to log them out????????????????

I think you mean CCMA (or Fat Client if this is Symposium Rel 5 and below).

If an agent doesn't answer a call it then becomes subject to the "Call Presentation Class" which is under configuration. You get the choices of how long a call stays ringing and what happens when you hit the time... either NRD or Logout

Seems like you need Logout. The thing is though that it is not a time of day setting.

Sounds like a Call Pilot 150 and yes you can force them out. There is a setting that either if they do not answer a call to make them busy or log them out but there is no other way to do it.
