OK... I am looking for known issues, beyond network trouble and/or bad phone....

I have an IP500v2 8.1.91 in a 2-site SCN w/ VM Pro on a VMachine. There are around 150 phones total, mostly 9620 with a few 9608 mixed in. The trouble is with a single 9620 phone, which appears to be connected. But, upon attempted use, there is no audio, nor LED changes (i.e. speaker). When the phone is rebooted, functionality returns. However, when the user returns the next day, it has reverted to the original condition. I have read about an issue with certain 9600 phones shipped with version 3.17 firmware, but these are 3.2. Tough to troubleshoot, since it temporarily works fine after a reboot. I am open for suggestion.

Thanks to technology, we can instantly communicate across the world, but it still doesn't help us know what to say.

And if you replace the phone?

Don't be a knob, if it's a faulty phone your question is pointless, if you have changed it and 100% ruled out the network then say so :)

When it's a bad phone, then it's a known issue that it won't work correctly. :) I haven't had a single issue with any 9620 I've ever put in.
