New to the company (and Cisco enviroment) but was told that all DST patches were applied last year. The issue we are having is that even though the System Time is correct in CallManager, since DST on 03/09/2008, all voicemails are saved with a timestamp of 1 hour earlier than the actual time. Has anyone else seen this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve?

I have scoured the CallManager Interface and all settings look right. The time changed properly last weekend (DST) so I think the patches are applied properly. Any help is appreciated.

CallManager is Cisco Unity Express Version 1.1
Phones are Cisco IP 7940's.

Thanks.

The time stamp on the message comes from Unity and not call manager.
Check Unity and make sure that the time was updated there as well.
