I have a client in that recently purchased a company in Ft.Laurderdale. The Ohio Office is currently utilizing a MICS. The customer would like to stay with the Nortel product line. (They have 40 spare phones). If I propose a BCM upgrade design at both sites. Can I program VOIP truck between sites so that numbers simultaneously ring in Ft.Laurderdale and Ohio extension?

ie.
The Ohio receptionist can answer Ft.Laurderdale incoming calls, and vice versa?

Yes, you can do that with a caveat that she would need two phones, one for each system. I have a couple of customers set up that way where they have one set for the local system and an IP set for the remote system. They have receptionists at each site but this allows each to cover for the other as each remote set has an answer DN for that site's main receptionist phone. I also set them up with networked IP consoles that allows each receptionist to see the status of all the sets at both locations. Some things you can't do across systems:

Park
Pick-up
camp-on
Express messaging
