Simultaneous hits

I have a small, single server intranet running Win Server 2000, and I would like to have some idea how many simultaneous hits he can handle without crashing (or at least without slowing to a snail's pace!). How can I determine that?

Any guidance greatly appreciated. Thanks! Calista :-X
