Simultaneous CDR Destinations

Greetings all -

I have a S8700 configured to send CDR data to an ETM appliance configured as CDR1 and a Microcall system CDR2. while using wireshark I can only see the data sending and receiving to the Micocall and not the ETM appliance.

Question 1- Can I have multiple CDR destinations simultaneously?

Question 2- Has anyone ever sonfigured an Sxxxx to send CDR to an ETM appliance?

You can have up to two CDR feeds, CDR1 & CDR2. If you do 'status cdr' does is show both links in-service?

Both CDR Links Primary and Secondary Link Status is UP.

Microcall has RSP set to while even though the ETM documentation and their engineers say that their equipment also needs RSP set to , it only works when set to .
