Simultaneous calls ring only one line, flash on the other.

Norstar CICS 4.0. Three lines on the system. If two calls come into the system at the same time, one will ring it's line, but the other only flashes the line appearance. If this same two calls were to roll over to line 2 because someone was using line 1, the same thing would happen. Line 2 will ring, but line 3 will only flash. Several missed calls because of no audible notification.

Programming on Norstar? Local Exchange Carrier voltage issue?

FIRST METER INCOMING LINE TO CHECK VOLTAGES IF OK TRY AND SWAP CARD SLOT TO LINES 25-28 PROGRAM NEW LINES ONTO A TEST PHONE AND TRY A FEW CALLS IF ISSUE GOES AWAY.. YOU HAVE BAD CARD SLOT IF IT FOLLOWS YOU TRY NEW CARD IF ITS STILL THERE YOU HAVE A BAD KSU OR MAYBE SOFTWARE "SOFTWARE WOULD BE A STRETCH" KSU WOULD BE MORE LIKELY

We'll give this a try. It sounds logical. Would the voltage reads be around the 90 - 110 volt range on a ringing line, and 48v otherwise?
