I have a problem with some code that at run time I have an error. How can I simulate the error on my full version of access. I have tried to add the /runtime to the startup command for the short cut, but this doesn't seem to work as I don't get the run time error.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

The only way to simulate a runtime environment is in using a "virgin" HDD that has just WINDOWS and the necessary Hardware Drivers installed - nothing else!

The reason why you will never find the problem on your development machine is that in 99% of all cases a missing DLL or other library is causing the trouble in the (real) runtime environment.

Since your development machine contains everything you need (and much more), even the (ridiculous) "/runtime" switch is no help at all.
