Simulate E1/T1 Connection

I have several 3620's with unused T1 (2x) and E1 (2x) interfaces, is there any way to connect these for a lab enviroment? something to simulate the connection

Make a cross-over cable and plug them together. A T-1 cross-over cable is:
A End B
1 to 4
2 to 5
4 to 1
5 to 2

One router needs to be the clock-source Internal and the other router needs to be Network timed.
 
and life is good, perfect answer. with the tab down on a rj-45 pins 1 and 2 are on the left. in that configeration they number left to right.. on a rj-45 jack, they are green-red (4-5) and white-blue (1-2)
