Simply PIX501 setup not working

Hello All,
Im setting up a PIX501 and its been awhile since Ive play with Cisco. I apparently have missed something and was wondoering if someone could look over the below config and point out where I went wrong. Thanks in advance for your help.

I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)

Are you not able to do anything??

I see an access list to permit ip
I don't see anything to allow ICMP to test for pings?? (Maybe this is only needed on a Pix 525 which is what I have.

Another thing is you might need to (after entering the global command above) clear all ports.

I fought this issue for weeks and I cleared the ports and it came up intantly. Of course, I still can't get IPv6 to work.

 
I am sure about the 501.The version it can take is 6.3(5).Which doesn't support ipv6.
