can anyone help me with a simply accounting problem?

Forum631 handles ACCPAC issues, and Simply Accounting is an ACCPAC product.

i have Simply accounting 8.5A. I installed it on XP pro as administrator. When I run it under the administrator account, it works fine.But when one of my users log in, they get a message : "unable to open the company file".
These users have full admin rights to the local computer and to the folder where its installed.
I tried everything to make it work
what can this be?
