Simply Accounting 8.5

Hi, I want to customize my statement form in Simply Accounting 8.5 using Crystal Reports 7.0 (part of the package),and I am having problems printing. As a test, I simply changed the company name's font and when I go to print I get some OBDV error... and statcust_csv. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

What was the complete error message?
Are you running it from within the application or from CR?
