simplest way to program flash

I am in process of programming my flash 4 that I use in my home,can someone tell me the simplest way to set it up so when it answers a call,caller can either go to general delivery box if not for someone in particular,or if they know who they want have prompts to go to that erson?

Sorry id it sounds confusing,but I am not a pro or a business,just using it in my house.

you should setup the automated attendant and build a CCR tree. The Flash setup and operations guide goes into this subject extensively. You may want to consider calling a person in your area that works on the Flash voicemail. It'll take them less then an hour to set it up if everything is installed already.
