Recently found by accident or otherwise you can set the outbound CLI for a user by setting the correct number in the incoming DDI route example.

If the incoming DDI digits are 500 and the complete DDI number 3770500 and the user it is routed to is 500. Make sure you put 3770500 into the incoming DDI digits field and route it to Extension 500.

You will now find the out bound CLI for the user 500 is 3770500 there is no need to use the short code s any more.

iven the partial number will cause personal CLI to be sent (over ETSI lines in UK at least)

However I have always recommended that the full number is entered for the following 2 reasons.

1) if the network provider screww up & change there line config it dosent matter.

2) if you are looking at site remnotley it saves having to remember the DDI prefix!
