I've been trying to get a program I wrote to install on a friend's Pocket PC and nothing has worked. I can manually install it on an emulator, as well as another friend's pocket pc. I'm thinking a complete reset of the palm might help. Is there an easy way to do this??? Thanks in advance!

Is it a Palm or is it a PocketPC? They're completely different and incompatible devices. Either way the manual or the manufacturer's web site should tell you how to do a hard reset.
