I've been training classes on how to use an Access program I just finished and one simple question keeps coming up that I can't answer. Does anyone know how to open up a drop-down list (combo box) without using the mouse? Is there a hot key for that?

<Alt> + cursor down will open it if your cursor is sitting in the combo box. Maq B-)
<insert witty signature here>

What I do on my forms is in the Got Focus event for the combo box, put the statement:

me!boxname.dropdown

This causes the dropdown to happen when the cursor enters the field and you can use the arrow keys to select the entry you want...

Please,
How can I get to use page down immediately after the dropdown, as it is you have to use the down arrow once before you can use page-down (this is of course if you do not use headings in the combo_box).
I suppose I could use Send Keys but is there anything more elegant?
Thanks in advance
Jim
