Simple tutorial/example of Creating recordset in VB6 passing to CR11 v

Hi,
I am working with some peole doing a VB project with Crystall 11 active X embedded. I have never done reports with a recordset passed from VB. (I have always just passed parameters and logins etc)

I have little knowledge of VB, my compadres have little knowledge of Crystal.
Is there a simple example/Tutorial that would get us started? Something with the very basics, no frills so we can see the essentials.
