I have created a new table (very few records) on my test database and I need to create the table with the data on my client's server. I have generated the script to create the table, but am somewhat confused as to how to get the data imported because it is obviously on a different server not connected to my system. I've looked at DTS but that seems to be for databases I can connect to. Am I missing something here? Do I export the data to CSV or some other format and use that for the import?

can you get to that server at all, if not use DTS or BCP to generate a file of the data, give it to the client and then use BCP, BULK INSERT or DTS/SSIS to import the file

Yes, I can sign on to their server using RDP. When you say "generate a file of the data", what exactly do you mean? That's the point where I get confused. I don't know what file type to use.
