Simple Sum

I have a simple sum question. Is it possible to sum only values that are under a certain value?

So if i have a report that shows:

10
50
10
150
300
400
500

Can i create a formula field to simply sum all of the values that are less than 300? In my example the result would be "220"

I figured this one out. I simply did the following:

If (fieldname) <300 then (fieldname)

Then I sum'd this formula
