simple smtp email client

Greetings,

Can someone help me in writing a simple email client. any examples to guide me?

i'm thinkin of using the functions of libsocket and libns

The input is taken from the command prompt...

smtp –s senders-email-address –r recipients-email-address –S subject

Any help is greatly appreciated!
